Glenn C. Ross is a business lawyer who focuses his practice in the areas of complex real estate transactions, primarily representing a major syndicator with respect to affordable housing law and taxation matters. Mr. Ross provides advice on corporate governance matters and the structuring of affordable housing transactions, including negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements and operating.
Mr. Ross graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School as a Board of Regents Scholar. Prior to joining Nuyen, Tomtishen and Aoun, P.C. Glenn practiced corporate, securities and transactional law at law firms in the Detroit area.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Ross worked as an accountant for a national residential homebuilder. Mr. Ross completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University and graduated with honors from the Eli Broad College of Business with a B.A. in Finance.
